Ross Webb builds production AI systems and verifies the code AI writes. He leads enterprise agentic-AI programmes for a global management consultancy, with more than fifty AI workflows in production, and is the founder of Mindway, where AI-rewritten financial code is certified using mutation testing, multi-model cross-examination, and hash-chained evidence logs — on the principle that no unverified change should ever ship silently. Previously he was a Principal Technical Program Manager at Amazon in robotics and operations technology, and built machine-learning systems at Just Eat. He hosts MLOps Success and Product Team Success, two YouTube channels reaching a combined 200,000+ engineers and product leaders. He is based in the UK.
